SHIPPING
When your item ships, we will send you an e-mail letting you know. Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 business days of payment but please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Personalized items may require additional shipping time and larger weight items may require additional shipping. Any shipping difference will be stated in product description. We make every effort to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible.
RETURNS
All sales are to be considered final at the time the order is placed. By placing an order with us you agree that you will not hold Caers liable for any orders lost or damaged while in the possession of the USPS. Caers will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that you receive in damaged condition through our error or as a result of a packing fault. We MUST receive an “intent to return” via e-mail within 48 hours of your receipt of such merchandise. A return authorization code will be issued and must be included when returning such merchandise. NO returns will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. We must receive return merchandise within ten business days of return authorization or no replacement will be issued.
